Ingredients:
Alcohol, Limonene, Levomenthol, Myrcene, Beta-Pinene, Alpha-Pinene, Linalool, Citral, Sabinene
How to Use:
For sauna/steam room: Dilute 10–15 drops in 10 liters of room-temperature water. Use to pour over sauna surfaces or leave nearby in an open container.
For bath: Mix 3–5 drops with 2 tbsp of sea or table salt, then dissolve in bathwater (37–38°C). Soak for 10–15 minutes.
